The organ was built by Atterton & Son of Leighton Buzzard and was installed in 1897, four years after the dedication of the church. 

Attertons were a small family business founded in 1856, which survived until 1924 when the business was taken over by Cartwrights of Finsbury Park. There is no readily available record of any modifications to the instrument since its installation apart from the introduction of an electric blower.
